1. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

All content, features, and functionality available through the Vibe Mobile mobile application—including but not limited to the Vibe Mobile logo, UI/UX design, software code, graphics, text, icons, and audio clips—are the exclusive property of Elite Links (M) Sdn Bhd and are protected by Malaysian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

2. TRADEMARK NOTICE

The “Vibe Mobile” name, brand identity, and all related logos are proprietary trademarks of Elite Links (M) Sdn Bhd. Users and third parties are strictly prohibited from using these marks without prior written authorization from the Company.

3. LICENSE TO USE

Vibe Mobile grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the Vibe Mobile application strictly for personal, non-commercial use on compatible iOS devices. This license does not grant the user any ownership rights to the software or the “Vibe Mobile” brand.

4. RESTRICTIONS

Users shall not, and shall not permit others to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app code.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.

  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the application.

  • Use the application for any purpose that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Elite Links (M) Sdn Bhd.

5. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT (DMCA COMPLIANCE)

Vibe Mobile respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that any content within our application infringes upon your copyright, please submit a notice to our designated Copyright Agent:

Elite Links (M) Sdn Bhd declares that:

  1. We are the sole developer and owner of the Vibe Mobile application.

  2. The application does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

  3. We have the full legal right and authority to publish the application under the “Vibe Mobile” brand on the Apple App Store.
