Yes, VIBE Mobile will launch with its powerful prepaid plans in first half of 2026, and postpaid plans will be launched in the second half of 2026. Stay tuned for more updates.

Anyone aged 18 and above, including Malaysians, permanent residents, foreign workers, students, and tourists, can register a mobile SIM in Malaysia using valid original identification (MyKad, passport, or i-Kad). Registration is mandatory, and individuals must register in their own name via our dealer channel, affiliate partners or VIBE Mobile app.
 

Important note: Non-Malaysians cannot self-register through the Vibe Mobile app. Please visit an authorised Vibe Mobile dealer for assisted SIM registration and bring your original, valid passport with an embedded chip (biometric passport). Passports without an embedded chip are currently not supported.

Yes, you can keep your existing number by switching the network to VIBE Mobile, simply walk-in to any of VIBE Mobile dealer’s shop to initiate the MNP (Mobile Number Portability) process. Or download VIBE Mobile app from App Store.
