Who can register the VIBE Mobile SIM card?

Anyone aged 12 and above, including Malaysians, permanent residents, foreign workers, students, and tourists, can register a mobile SIM in Malaysia using valid original identification (MyKad, passport, or i-Kad). Registration is mandatory, and individuals must register in their own name via our dealer channel, affiliate partners or VIBE Mobile app.

Can I keep my existing mobile number from another network operator?

Yes, you can keep your existing number by switching the network to VIBE Mobile, simply walk-in to any of VIBE Mobile dealer’s shop to initiate the MNP (Mobile Number Portability) process. Or download VIBE Mobile app from App Store.
